Optimum Volleyball is comitted to providing high quality coaching and instruction, while growing the sport of volleyball. Based in beautiful Vancouver BC, we are excited to offer a range of year-round programs including outdoor, indoor and sitting volleyball. Our instructors are certified volleyball coaches with a passion for volleyball that has led them to coach beyond the programs offered at Optimum Volleyball.

Optimum was founded in the summer of 2005, running two grass and one beach outdoor volleyball clinics for adults. Since then, our focus on value and love of the game has helped us to double our programs each year. We are very grateful to our participants and friends, as much of this success is due to word of mouth. Originally founded by coaches Chris Bom and Travis Dodds, Optimum began as an affiliate program with TFC Volleyball. Beyond working with adults, Optimum Volleyball expanded to include youth and paralympic options. With these unique and diverse programs, we soon needed to branch out, and incorporated as a not for profit society in 2008.
We would like to acknowledge the help and support of several individuals who have been a huge help to us over our early years, especially Rex, Ronda, Christine, Adrian, Addie and Grant. If you have been closely involved with Optimum Volleyball, you probably know a few of these great people.
